For any return please download the return form (PDF download or Word download) and send it back with the goods with a Valid Returns Authorisation Number to the address on the form.

We aim to make returns as simple as possible. Use our convenient courier return option for just £4.60 plus VAT. The return cost will be deducted from your refund for any returned items.

For all other returns outside of UK Mainland, please follow the steps above and send your parcel using a service preferable to you. Returns sent by this method will be at your expense and must be sent within 30 days. We strongly recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar service where you can obtain proof of postage.

If you decide that you want to return any unused, or incorrectly ordered items you bought from us you must advise and return to us within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please offer full details of why item is not required, to assist with developments and future options. Please email us on our tec@incartec.co.uk address and include your original order number from the despatch note and a Valid Returns Authorisation Number. You can then use our simple returns method to send the goods back if you are within UK Mainland, or otherwise please send your return using a service preferable to you. Returns sent by this method will be at your expense and must be sent within 30 days. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any shipping costs we incur for the initial delivery of your order or for its return will be deducted from your refund.
Re-packing Fee of 5% charged on any items returned that are opened.
Damaged or Modified Items will be returned or disposed of, without refund.
Head Units are non-refundable if Seal on box has been broken
Special Order items are non-refundable.

If you believe the goods to be faulty, please initially check all our on-line instructions and vehicle information sheets then email our technical team technical@incartec.co.uk to check and see if the fault can be sorted out.
If not please advise us by email to tec@incartec.co.uk including your original order number from the despatch note and a Valid Returns Authorisation Number. Please advise if you wish the goods to be repaired/replaced or refunded. Items must be returned in full, with all components, any items not complete will be returned to you.
We will only refund faulty goods within 30 days of you receiving the product. Thereafter we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Please note if you are not able to use the simple returns method for your return, we request that you use a recorded delivery method. If applicable you will receive a refund within 7 days of our receipt of the goods, including the original invoice price paid and the shipping cost charged for delivery.
Trade customers will not be refunded but will be issued with a credit note that should be used against future orders.
Full credit if returned within 30 days of invoice.
