If you want to keep the existing screen in your Audi, then our CarPlay Retrofit Unit ticks all the boxes. Compatible with select Audi Q5 (2010-2016) car models with factory MM3G systems, this unit hides behind the centre console and supplies your car with wireless/ wired Apple Car Play and Android Auto. The unit does not replace any of the components of the infotainment system, allowing use of the current system in the car. Switching between CarPlay and the infotainment system is very easy.

What MMI System does my audi have?

The easiest way to check which MMI system you have is to check the software version that is loaded in the system. To do this, enter the car menu by pressing the CAR button, then press SETUP or MENU, then select the “Version” submenu and read the value from the line marked with the letters “SW“.
