Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a Single or Double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit and retain the use of the steering wheel controls in Audi TT 8J with fully amplified BOSE or Bang & Olufsen sound systems.
This head unit fitting kit includes:
Double Fakra to DIN aerial adapter (Phantom Power) with Bullet connector (21-139K)
Double Fakra to DIN antenna adapter cable with 12v phantom power from a male bullet connection. This antenna adapter cable adapts from the original Double Fakra connector in the vehicle to a standard aftermarket radio DIN antenna connection for the fitting of a stereo upgrade.
Steering wheel control interface (49-AUD-03)
Car audio and steering wheel control interface for Audi cars that have quadlock connectors behind the radio and have fully amplified BOSE audio systems.
The CANbus interface will generate an ignition power supply to the new radio, via the red wire. it will also give out an illumination signal, (orange) speed pulse signal (pink), reverse gear positive output (Purple), Handbrake negative (Green) and Mute out (Yellow/Black)
The interface also switches on the original digital amplifier on RNS-E systems.
Universal patch lead for steering control interface (49-025)
Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 49 series steering wheel control interfaces. Use for Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer and Sony head units.

Single/ Double DIN fascia adapter panel (50-322)
Replacement car audio fascia to enable you to change the original radio in the car to a Single or Double DIN aftermarket version
This fascia adapter allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the cars dashboard by matching the shape, style, size and colour of the original OEM factory fitted radio.
Use the supplied pocket to fit a single din stereo upgrade, or use a 103mm fitting cage to fit a double din radio.

This kit is designed to replace the metal cage kit that is usually supplied with your new aftermarket double din head-unit or navigation system. It is used along with fascias that have 103mm high hole sizes.
