Upgrade your Ford Transit Custom with this complete fitting kit designed for seamless installation of a Double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit. This kit is specifically engineered for the Limited and Sport model variants (2016-2018), featuring the display above the radio, DAB, and front passenger airbag switch on the factory radio.

PLEASE NOTE: The interface included in this kit will only support the basic steering wheel controls, it will not support time/date display or trip computer

This complete stereo upgrade fitting Kit includes:

Fakra DAB male to DAB SMB female antenna adapter (21-037)

Use to convert the original (Fakra DAB) antenna connector in a car to a female SMB (used on aftermarket head-units)

Fakra to DIN antenna adapter cable (21-106)

Male Fakra to Male DIN antenna adapter cable. This cable adapts from a Farka antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade. This is a passive adapter cable, not suitable for cars that need a phantom power supply to turn on the antenna amplifier.

Ford steering wheel audio control interface (29-CTF018)

CANbus interface allowing the use of the steering wheel controls when installing a new aftermarket head unit.

PLEASE NOTE: This interface will only support the basic steering wheel controls, it will not support time/date display or trip computer

29-CT Series Universal Patch Lead (29-CT-025)

Universal patch lead for 29-CT series steering controls. Suitable for Alpine,  Clarion, JVC, Kenwood,  Pioneer, Sony and Chinese/ resistive programmable head-units that are steering wheel remote ready.

This cable plugs into the Steering wheel control box and into either the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the head-units.

Ford Transit Custom (2014 Onwards) Double DIN fascia Grey (PHOENIX SILVER) (50-926/1)

Fascia kit to install a double din after market radio. This kit comes with side fix mounting brackets, no fitting cage is needed.

COLOUR: MATT GREY/ PHOENIX SILVER

PLEASE NOTE: The fitting of this fascia requires plastics to be cut behind the dashboard, we recommend this is done be an experienced car audio technician. Extra install time needs to be allowed for to perform the modification.

Ford OEM passenger airbag light assembly (FORD-1799698)

Use when changing the radio in a Ford vehicle that has the original passenger airbag light built into the original radio.

If the van originally has an airbag status light on the radio the airbag light assembly (included in this kit) will be needed, this stops airbag warning lights appearing on the dashboard.

PLEASE NOTE

An additional OEM lock and hazard switch assembly (FORD-F1519127) may be required if the original can not be retained.
