Transform your Mercedes with an AUDIO 10 system and ISO connections with this 9” Pioneer SPH-PF97BT Perfect Fit stereo kit. This upgrade replaces your factory stereo with a modern 9” Pioneer unit, offering Apple CarPlay® (wired & wireless), Android Auto™ (wired & wireless), Bluetooth® hands-free calling and music streaming, and a crystal-clear capacitive touchscreen.

The kit includes a bespoke 2-part 9” fascia panel that adapts the factory aperture to a universal 4-screw mount, ensuring a seamless OEM-style finish in your dashboard. The fascia must be installed in sequence: first, the back plate fixes securely to the dashboard. Next, mount the Pioneer unit to the front plate via the 4-screw fixing points. Only once the radio is powered and confirmed working should the front plate be clipped onto the back plate, locking the fascia into place.

A Mercedes AUDIO 10 steering wheel control interface (ISO connection) is included, allowing you to retain original steering wheel functions such as volume, track skip, source, and telephone commands with your new Pioneer stereo.

Also included is an ISO to DIN antenna adapter, ensuring strong and stable radio reception by converting the factory connection to the DIN type used by aftermarket stereos.

This head unit fitting kit includes:

ISO to DIN antenna adapter cable

Male ISO to Male DIN antenna adapter. This part adapts from an ISO antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade. This is a passive adapter cable, not suitable for cars that need a phantom power supply to turn on the antenna amplifier.

Mercedes Steering wheel control Interface

Steering wheel control interface and radio replacement adapter cable for various Mercedes cars with original Audio 10 radio. The CANbus interface and radio adapter cable is plug and play, it is used to connect an aftermarket stereo upgrade and retain the use of the volume, track skip and phone buttons from the steering wheel with the new radio. The CANbus interface will also provide ignition, illumination, handbrake, reverse gear and speed pulse output signals to the new stereo.

Comes with universal patch lead kit.

Fitting Instructions – 2-Part Fascia Panel

This kit includes a bespoke 2-part fascia adapter designed for a secure and professional installation. Please follow the sequence below:

Install the back plate first – fix the back plate of the fascia securely to the dashboard after removing the factory stereo.
Mount the Pioneer stereo – attach the 9” Pioneer SPH-PF97BT to the front fascia plate using the 4 screw fixing points.
Test the stereo – power on the new stereo to confirm that it is working correctly before final assembly.
Attach the fascia front plate – once the stereo is tested and the back plate is fixed to the dashboard, clip the front fascia plate onto the back plate to complete the installation.

⚠️ This sequence ensures a solid fit and a seamless OEM-style dashboard finish.
