The Pioneer SPH-EVO98DAB-1D brings modern connectivity and premium design to virtually any vehicle, even those without traditional stereo slots. Featuring a 9″ floating capacitive touchscreen, this modular multimedia receiver is designed for vehicles with a 1-DIN installation slot, but its clever tablet-style installation also suits motorhomes, vans, and vehicles with limited dash space.
The SPH-EVO98DAB-1D is equipped with wireless Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Bluetooth®, DAB+ digital radio, and WebLink® Cast for smartphone mirroring. It also supports dual camera inputs, enabling both front and rear camera connectivity. With advanced audio tuning, including a 13-band EQ, 48-bit DSP, and 3x high-voltage pre-outs, the unit delivers superb sound customisation.
What makes this model truly unique is Pioneer’s new Split Screen Mode, which lets you dynamically resize the Apple CarPlay interface to simultaneously display navigation and music, for example. In addition, Selectable Viewing Modes allow users to toggle between Light and Dark Modes for better screen visibility and personal preference.
